As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.

- Since the shelter in place began, staff members have been working from home.
- Staff members that have come into the office are taking precautions as well as wearing masks.
- Increased cleaning & sanitation within the office.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Due to the high demand and COVID-19, the order processing time will be extended to 1-2 weeks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our current delivery time frame is within 2-3 weeks, including the order processing(1-2 weeks) and shipping time(3-5 working days). We'd love to provide Free shipping for all orders placed in February.
WHEN WILL THE DELIVERY TIME RETURN TO NORMAL?
It is expected to return to normal at the end of February, we will provide free shipping for all orders in February.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
United States Public Health Service and the World Health Organization have stated that there is a very low risk of contracting COVID-19 from incoming mail items. With proper precautions in place we are confident that we can package and ship your new item to you safely.
