  • Holiday Dates: Our overseas suppliers will be celebrating the Lunar New Year from February 3rd to 15th. During this time, all orders placed will be processed and shipped via DHL Express on February 16th.

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs:

Priority shipping: $10.00 (Free on orders $100+)

Shipping Time:

We use FedEx, UPS and DHL Express to ship your orders. The shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. This means that you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped.

Please note that shipping time may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

Multiple Packages:

Multi-item orders may ship from different warehouses or in multiple packages to ensure prompt delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii:

We ship via FedEx for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. The shipping costs are $15.00 and the shipping time is 4-6 business days.

PO Boxes:

We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order.

Shipping Address Changes:

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Package Lost, Damaged or Stolen

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen due to factors outside of our control, such as incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, or theft after delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in these situations and help you find a solution.

International Shipping:

Customs and Taxes:

Please note that all international orders placed from outside of the United States may be subject to customs and/or import duties and taxes. These fees are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and return shipping costs incurred by us.
