Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Maven Safety Shoes. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Clearance, final-sale items, gift cards, and other items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

We recommend trying on footwear indoors on a clean surface before wearing it to work or outdoors.

First Size Exchange — We've Got You Covered

If your first pair doesn't fit, contact us before requesting a return.

Eligible first-time size issues may qualify for a one-time replacement in a different size at no additional cost, without requiring the original pair to be returned.

If you prefer a refund instead of a size replacement, our standard return and return-shipping terms apply.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please visit our Return & Order Portal and sign in using the email address associated with your order.

You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email — no password is required.

Once signed in:

Select the order you'd like to return.
Click Request Return.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a return reason.
Submit your request for review.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not ship your return before your request has been approved.

Return Shipping

For U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label. The actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs vary depending on factors such as package weight, dimensions, shipping origin, and destination. The applicable return shipping cost will be provided as part of your return authorization.

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to an error on our part, Maven Safety Shoes will cover the return shipping cost.

Please use the return label and return instructions provided by us. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed or may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our return facility, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping cost.

Please allow several business days after your return is received for inspection and processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

For sizing issues, please contact us before submitting a standard return request, as your order may qualify for our one-time First Size Exchange.

For other exchange requests, availability and eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any applicable costs will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover any required return shipping.
