Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns of items in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Clearance or SALE collection items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please email us at service@mavensafetyshoes.com to initiate a return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

📦 For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@mavensafetyshoes.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@mavensafetyshoes.com.


Defective Products

A defective product is defined as one with a manufacturing or design flaw.
Not considered defective:

  • Worn stitching or soles due to normal use

  • Damage from misuse or improper storage

  • Fit or comfort issues

To report a defective item, please email service@mavensafetyshoes.com with details and photos.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after placement due to our automated fulfillment process. If a cancel option appears in your order history, you may cancel from there.
