Order Status & Tracking
We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
To check the status of your order, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner and click "Track my order".
Order Changes or Cancellations
We work so fast, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
If you have a discount or promo code, you can apply this during checkout. Not all items are eligible for a discount with your promo code and eligibility can change at any time. Promo codes expire and cannot be applied to past orders.
Digital gift cards can be purchase HERE. Upon purchase, the digital gift card will be sent to the email address used at check out within 24 hours of purchase.
If purchasing for someone else, you can forward the email to the lucky recipient or print to gift it in person.
Our shoes and boots run true to size. If you have extra wide feet, we recommend buying the next half size up.
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located to the right of the size options for each of our products.
Our gear is built to last, but proper care will not only help keep your gear looking good, but preserve life and longevity too.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase date. To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact us at email@example.com.
2. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
Upon approval, we'll replace the product. Follow care instructions and keep your proof of purchase.
U.S. Shipping Policy
We want to get you into your new gear as soon as possible!
With our $10.00 priority shipping(free on orders $100+), orders typically take 2 business days to process and another 3-5 business days for the carrier to get them to your door.
Please Note: Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. Any order placed after 12PM EST on Friday, will process on Monday.
* To cover the high cost of shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., we do charge an additional fee to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Click HERE for more details.
Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with your delivery and we will handle all package claims on your behalf.
Missing package claims will be issued a replacement order.
No refunds are issued for missing or lost packages.
Multi-item orders may ship from different warehouses or in multiple packages to ensure prompt delivery.
Please check the items listed in the shipping notification email. You will be notified and refunded for any product that is not fulfillable in your order.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund(with the exception of the clearance sale items).
For damaged items or order errors email us at email@example.com with your order # and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement pending your financial institution’s processing time.
If you need to exchange your safety shoes:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in new condition.
You're responsible for return shipping.
We'll provide replacement options and any price differences.
